From One Workflow to a Function: RevOps Deployment Architecture
Move AI from a single proven sales workflow to the whole revenue function, managing a sequenced portfolio against shared retrieval, agent, and review infrastructure instead of approving point tools one demo at a time.
- The Portfolio View Replaces the Pilot
- Shared Infrastructure Beats Ten Point Solutions
- Sequencing Rollout to Compound Trust
Retrieval and Agents Across Revenue Teams
Deploy grounded retrieval and bounded agents across SDR, AE, deal-desk, and CS workflows so answers stay sourced and actions stay reversible, with the human-in-the-loop placed by the cost of an error rather than removed at scale.
- Grounded Retrieval as the Function's Source of Truth
- Bounding Agent Autonomy by Reversibility
- Build, Buy, and Integrate Decisions for the Estate
Measurement, Evaluation, and Drift at Scale
Instrument a function-wide AI deployment so you can prove it works and catch it failing: leading and lagging metrics, offline and online evaluation, drift detection across teams, and trustworthy A/B testing of revenue impact.
- Metrics That Tie AI to Revenue, Not Activity
- Offline Evaluation Sets and Online Checks
- Drift Detection and Experiments You Can Trust
Governance, Risk, and Human-in-the-Loop at Scale
Build the function-level governance that lets a revenue org deploy AI broadly and safely: ownership and accountability, tiered human review by risk, policy and compliance guardrails, and an incident process for when AI gets it wrong in front of a customer.
- Ownership, Accountability, and the Approval Path
- Tiered Human-in-the-Loop by Risk
- Compliance Guardrails and the Incident Playbook
Change Management, Adoption, and Scaling the Operating Model
Turn a technically sound AI deployment into one the revenue org actually uses: enablement and trust, adoption measurement and the last-mile problem, redesigning roles and incentives around AI, and an operating model that sustains the deployment as it scales.
- Adoption Is the Deliverable, Not the Tool
- Measuring Adoption and Closing the Last Mile
- Roles, Incentives, and the Sustaining Operating Model
Each module ends with a checkpoint; the final exam unlocks once every checkpoint is passed.
A credential employers can verify in seconds.
Pass the coursework and the 70% server-graded final exam and you earn a certificate with a unique serial and a public verification page — tamper-evident and confirmable by anyone, with no account required.
See how verification worksIs the credential verifiable by employers?
Yes. Every certificate has a unique serial and a public verification page at digitalnetworks.ai/verify — no login required. Anyone can confirm it's authentic and unaltered.
What happens if I don't pass an exam?
Each module checkpoint allows up to 3 attempts. The final exam includes one attempt; additional retakes are $50 each. You keep full access to the coursework while you prepare, and the passing score is 70%.
Do I keep access after I finish?
Yes — enrollment is a one-time payment, and your coursework and earned certificate remain yours.
Is creating an account free?
Yes. Accounts are free; you pay once when you enroll in a certification.
