Syllabus

5 modules, earned in sequence.

01

Reference Architecture for Enterprise Revenue AI

Design the enterprise-wide reference architecture for AI across the revenue engine: a layered platform that serves many sales motions and tools from shared, governed components rather than point bots bolted onto each workflow.

  • From Point Bots to a Layered Revenue AI Platform
  • The Shared Context and Identity Layer
  • Build, Buy, and Orchestrate: Drawing Durable Boundaries
02

Security, Privacy, and Data Boundaries at Revenue Scale

Engineer the security, privacy, and data-residency controls that let revenue AI touch customer and prospect data across an enterprise without leaking it, over-sharing it, or violating consent and regional law.

  • Least Privilege and Data Boundaries for Revenue Agents
  • Consent, Residency, and PII as Architectural Constraints
  • Defending Against Prompt Injection and Exfiltration
03

Regulatory-Grade Governance and Model Risk for Revenue AI

Stand up the governance, auditability, and model-risk controls that let revenue AI make scoring, forecasting, and outreach decisions an enterprise can defend to auditors, regulators, customers, and its own board.

  • An Auditable Evidence Trail for Revenue Decisions
  • The Model Lifecycle: Validation, Monitoring, Recalibration
  • Fairness, Disclosure, and Contractual Constraints on Outreach
04

Brownfield Integration and Multi-System Orchestration

Integrate revenue AI into a real enterprise estate of legacy CRMs, multiple instances, middleware, and partner systems, where you cannot start clean and every system has an owner, a contract, and load-bearing quirks.

  • Integrating AI Into Legacy and Multi-Instance Revenue Estates
  • The Integration and Event Layer as Orchestration Backbone
  • Migration Sequencing and Source-of-Truth Reconciliation
05

Reliability, Resilience, Cost, and Scale

Operate revenue AI as production infrastructure the business depends on at quarter-end: with SLOs, graceful degradation, cost controls, and capacity planning so the system stays trustworthy, affordable, and fast under real revenue load.

  • SLOs and Graceful Degradation for Revenue-Critical AI
  • Engineering for Quarter-End Load and Provider Limits
  • Unit Economics, Observability, and Scaling Affordably

Each module ends with a checkpoint; the final exam unlocks once every checkpoint is passed.

The credential

A credential employers can verify in seconds.

Pass the coursework and the 70% server-graded final exam and you earn a certificate with a unique serial and a public verification page — tamper-evident and confirmable by anyone, with no account required.

Before you enroll
Is the credential verifiable by employers?

Yes. Every certificate has a unique serial and a public verification page at digitalnetworks.ai/verify — no login required. Anyone can confirm it's authentic and unaltered.

What happens if I don't pass an exam?

Each module checkpoint allows up to 3 attempts. The final exam includes one attempt; additional retakes are $50 each. You keep full access to the coursework while you prepare, and the passing score is 70%.

Do I keep access after I finish?

Yes — enrollment is a one-time payment, and your coursework and earned certificate remain yours.

Is creating an account free?

Yes. Accounts are free; you pay once when you enroll in a certification.
