FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

How the verifiable DNAi certifications work, and how our vendor-neutral consulting runs — no jargon, no hedging.

Certifications
Who stands behind the DNAi certifications?

The credential stands on how it's earned, not on a name to drop. You're assessed on a live, messy corporate ecosystem you have to actually fix, the exam is graded server-side with no take-home answer key, and every certificate is tamper-evident — it carries a unique serial and signature any employer can verify in seconds at /verify. The assessment is designed against the same learning-assurance principles that AACSB (business) and ABET (engineering) hold accredited programs to. The legitimacy comes from the rigor of the assessment and a credential that proves itself, not a government office.

Is there a written exam?

Each certification ends in a real exam, but you earn it by working a live, messy corporate ecosystem: diagnosing the bottlenecks, integrating the right AI workflows, and proving you optimized the operation without destroying morale or institutional knowledge. You're assessed on what you can do, not just what you can recall.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The DNAi certifications are built for operators and career-movers. You'll learn to diagnose an organization, sequence an integration, and command the augment-versus-automate decision — the technical depth is taught around that judgment, not assumed going in.

What does it cost?

Creating a DNAi account is free. Enrolling in a certification is a one-time payment. Core ladder: $399 Operator, $799 Professional, $1,599 Integration Professional, $2,499 Systems Architect. Each industry track is a three-tier ladder priced $799 / $1,299 / $1,999 for its Operator / Professional / Architect tier. Enrolling unlocks that certification's full coursework, curriculum, and final exam in your dashboard.

How is this different from an online course?

A course hands you a certificate for watching videos. A DNAi certification is a credential you earn by proving operational fluency on a realistic corporate architecture — diagnosing, integrating, and deploying AI that makes a team faster while keeping its people intact.

Where is the certification headed?

Three horizons. Individual professionals can earn a DNAi certification directly today. Next, they become a corporate workforce-upskilling program for teams. After that, they embed into university 400-level curricula as a graduation capstone. You're at the front of that line.

Consulting
Is “Digital Networks AI” the same as DNAi, and is it related to “digital networks” or the Vimal app?

Digital Networks AI is the full company name; DNAi is its abbreviation — the two refer to the same B2B AI company, found at digitalnetworks.ai. It is a distinct entity and is not affiliated with the generic phrase “digital networks,” with IT or telecom networking, with the unrelated company at dnai.ai, or with the consumer social app formerly branded “Digital Networks” (now called Vimal). Digital Networks AI offers verifiable AI certifications and vendor-neutral AI consulting, and is headquartered in Miami, Florida.

What does Digital Networks do?

Digital Networks is a vendor-neutral B2B AI consultancy. We help companies find where AI earns real return, select the right tools without bias, integrate them into existing systems, and automate the work that slows teams down — from strategy through production deployment.

What does “vendor-neutral” mean, and how do you make money?

We take no commissions, kickbacks, or referral fees from any AI platform or vendor — no one pays us to recommend them. We are paid only by our clients, for the engagement. The shortlist and architecture we recommend are the ones we would choose for ourselves, scored on your fit, security, and total cost.

Which AI platforms and tools do you work with?

We are tool-agnostic and work across the B2B AI market — major LLM providers, automation platforms (n8n, LangChain, CrewAI), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), voice agents (Vapi, Retell), and open-weight models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) for private deployments. We choose based on your requirements, not a fixed partner list.

What packages do you offer?

Eleven productized builds grouped into three areas: Growth & Demand (website redesign, AI SEO, ad automation, social content), Sales & Revenue Automation (lead-generation automation, automated follow-up, CRM organization, AI receptionist and cold callers), and Build & Foundations (software developer agent teams, cybersecurity audits, in-house LLMs). Each is scoped and priced to you.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is on request and specific to each engagement, because scope varies with your systems, data, and goals. We anchor every proposal to a business outcome — revenue, cost, or time saved — rather than billing by the hour. Book a free consultation and we will scope it with you.

How long does an engagement take?

It depends on the package. A security audit or CRM clean-up typically runs two to three weeks; a website redesign four to six weeks; a typical pilot-to-production integration about six weeks. Programmatic SEO compounds over three to six months. We deliver in phases with a named owner at every stage.

Do you work with our existing stack?

Yes. Integrating AI into your current CRM, ERP, data warehouse, and tools over real APIs is the core of what we do. We do not rip and replace — we wire AI into how your teams already work, with monitoring and rollback built in.

How do you handle security and data privacy?

Security and compliance are designed in from day one, not bolted on. We review each vendor's SOC 2 posture, data residency, retention, and model-training terms and map them to your obligations, such as GDPR or HIPAA. For sensitive data we can deploy private LLMs inside your own VPC or hardware, so prompts and documents never leave your perimeter.

Can we use AI without sending our data to a third party?

Yes. Our In-House AI LLMs package deploys open-weight models inside your VPC or on your own hardware, with retrieval over your internal data and per-role access controls at retrieval time. Your prompts and documents stay inside your boundary.

What is your approach?

Four stages. Assess: find where AI earns its keep, scored on revenue, cost, and time. Architect: design the solution and select vendors on the merits, with a clear build-versus-buy call. Deploy: integrate, test, and roll to production, secure and monitored. Scale: measure outcomes and expand what works. You receive a concrete deliverable at each stage.

What happens in the free consultation?

A focused thirty-minute conversation about your goals and where AI fits. We point you to the package that matches, share a vendor-neutral view of your options, and outline next steps. No preparation is required and there is no obligation — we reply within one business day.

What size companies do you work with?

We focus on B2B teams — from growing companies to enterprises — that want AI tied to measurable outcomes rather than one-off pilots. If you have a use case and real systems to integrate, we can help; if you are not there yet, the Assess stage finds the highest-return place to start.
