Reference Architecture for an Enterprise Real Estate AI Platform
Design the platform layer beneath every brokerage, property-management, and capital-markets workflow: a shared retrieval, orchestration, and serving spine that many teams build on without each reinventing it.
- From Point Automations to a Platform Spine
- The Shared-Platform vs Application-Logic Boundary
- Standardizing Identity, Retrieval, and Orchestration
Security, Privacy, and Data-Boundary Architecture
Architect the trust boundaries that keep an AI estate from leaking PII, crossing tenant lines, or exfiltrating sensitive deal data, across retrieval, prompts, tools, and third-party models.
- Tenant Isolation and Least Privilege in a Multi-Tenant Estate
- Prompt Injection and Untrusted-Content Blast Radius
- Data Residency, Retention, and Vendor Boundaries
Regulatory-Grade Governance, Compliance, and Auditability
Build the governance layer that lets an enterprise prove Fair Housing compliance, model accountability, and decision traceability for AI that touches lending-adjacent and tenancy decisions.
- Decision Provenance and the Auditable Trail
- Fair Housing and Disparate-Impact Controls by Design
- Model Lifecycle Governance and Incident Response
Brownfield Integration, Legacy Systems, and Multi-System Orchestration
Integrate the AI platform with the MLS, transaction-management, accounting, and CRM systems an enterprise already runs, without ripping them out, and orchestrate work safely across system boundaries.
- Anti-Corruption Layers Over Legacy Systems of Record
- Consistency, Idempotency, and Rollback Across Systems
- Migration Strategy: Strangler, Dual-Run, and Cutover
Reliability, Cost, and Scale Engineering for the AI Estate
Engineer the non-functional backbone, availability, graceful degradation, cost control, and capacity, so the AI platform stays trustworthy and affordable as transaction volume and the number of teams grow.
- Availability, SLOs, and Graceful Degradation
- Model Tiering, Caching, and Cost Governance
- Capacity, Load Isolation, and Production Evaluation
Each module ends with a checkpoint; the final exam unlocks once every checkpoint is passed.
A credential employers can verify in seconds.
Pass the coursework and the 70% server-graded final exam and you earn a certificate with a unique serial and a public verification page — tamper-evident and confirmable by anyone, with no account required.
