Syllabus

5 modules, earned in sequence.

01

From One Workflow to a Function: Product-Wide Deployment

Moving AI from a single proven workflow to an entire product, support, or engineering function with a portfolio view, shared infrastructure, and a sequenced rollout that compounds wins. Sets the Professional-tier baseline of programmatic deployment over scattered point features.

  • The Portfolio View Replaces the Pilot
  • Shared Infrastructure Beats Twelve Point Features
  • Sequencing Rollout to Compound Trust
02

Eval and Safety Governance at Product Scale

Building the evaluation harness, safety controls, and release gates that govern AI features across a whole product rather than one workflow. Moves quality from a launch-day spot check to a continuous, owned discipline with offline evals, online monitoring, and an incident path.

  • Evals as a Release Gate, Not a Launch-Day Check
  • Safety Evals: Jailbreaks, Injection, and Harmful Output
  • Online Monitoring and the AI Incident Path
03

Dev-Agent Productivity at Team Scale

Scaling coding agents from one engineer's helper to a fleet across the whole engineering org, with shared agent infrastructure, review capacity that survives the PR flood, security controls, and metrics that measure real throughput rather than diff volume. Builds on the Operator scoping basics toward governed, team-wide agent productivity.

  • Shared Agent Infrastructure Over Ad-Hoc Tools
  • Review Capacity and Ownership Under the PR Flood
  • Agent Permissions, Secrets, and Supply-Chain Risk
04

Adoption Across Product, Support, and Engineering

Driving real adoption of AI across three very different audiences, redesigning roles around augmentation rather than headcount cuts, and earning customer trust in user-facing AI. Addresses the people and organizational change that decide whether a product-wide deployment actually sticks.

  • Adoption Is the Real Deliverable, Across Three Audiences
  • Redesigning Roles Around Augmentation
  • Earning Customer Trust in User-Facing AI
05

Running the Program: Operating Model, Cost, and Lifecycle

Sustaining a function-wide AI deployment after launch with clear ownership, governance cadences, cost discipline, vendor and model lifecycle management, and the measurement layer that proves both value and control health. Completes the Professional arc by making the program a durable operating discipline rather than a launch event.

  • The Operating Model That Sustains It
  • Cost and Reliability as First-Class Operating Concerns
  • Vendor, Model Lifecycle, and the Two-Sided Scorecard

Each module ends with a checkpoint; the final exam unlocks once every checkpoint is passed.

The credential

A credential employers can verify in seconds.

Pass the coursework and the 70% server-graded final exam and you earn a certificate with a unique serial and a public verification page — tamper-evident and confirmable by anyone, with no account required.

See how verification works
Before you enroll
Is the credential verifiable by employers?

Yes. Every certificate has a unique serial and a public verification page at digitalnetworks.ai/verify — no login required. Anyone can confirm it's authentic and unaltered.

What happens if I don't pass an exam?

Each module checkpoint allows up to 3 attempts. The final exam includes one attempt; additional retakes are $50 each. You keep full access to the coursework while you prepare, and the passing score is 70%.

Do I keep access after I finish?

Yes — enrollment is a one-time payment, and your coursework and earned certificate remain yours.

Is creating an account free?

Yes. Accounts are free; you pay once when you enroll in a certification.
