From One Workflow to a Function-Wide Deployment Plan
Move past the single proven workflow and build the portfolio, sequencing, and shared infrastructure that lets retrieval, agents, and automation scale across an entire claims or underwriting function.
- Sequencing a Portfolio Instead of Chasing One Win
- Shared Infrastructure: Build the Rails Once
- Readiness Gates and Capturing Knowledge as You Scale
Deploying Retrieval Across Teams
Take grounded retrieval from a single assistant to a function-wide capability over policy forms, loss runs, claim notes, and the system of record, with the governance, freshness, and evaluation discipline that production demands.
- A Governed Index Over Authoritative Sources
- Freshness, Supersession, and Drift in the Index
- Evaluating Grounded Retrieval at Scale
Deploying Agents and Automation Across the Function
Scale from a single scoped assistant to multi-step agents and orchestrated automation across teams, with bounded authority, tested tool use, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints wired into the workflow rather than bolted on.
- Bounding Agent Authority and Tool Access
- Human-in-the-Loop Wired Into the Workflow
- Orchestration, Handoffs, and Testing Failure Modes
Measurement, Monitoring, and Governance at Scale
Run a deployed AI portfolio as an operated system: balanced metrics that resist gaming, continuous monitoring for drift and bias, and governance, model inventory, and accountability that survive a market conduct exam across teams.
- Balanced Metrics That Resist Gaming
- Continuous Monitoring: Accuracy, Drift, and Bias
- Model Inventory, Audit Trails, and Incident Response
Change Management, Adoption, and Reinvesting Capacity
Make a function-wide AI deployment stick by leading the people through it: trusted rollout, role redesign, training, and reinvesting freed capacity into judgment work rather than reflexive cuts that hollow out the function.
- Adoption Is a Trust Problem, Not a Tooling Problem
- Role Redesign and Training as Work Shifts
- Reinvesting Capacity and Sustaining the Deployment
Each module ends with a checkpoint; the final exam unlocks once every checkpoint is passed.
A credential employers can verify in seconds.
Pass the coursework and the 70% server-graded final exam and you earn a certificate with a unique serial and a public verification page — tamper-evident and confirmable by anyone, with no account required.
See how verification worksIs the credential verifiable by employers?
Yes. Every certificate has a unique serial and a public verification page at digitalnetworks.ai/verify — no login required. Anyone can confirm it's authentic and unaltered.
What happens if I don't pass an exam?
Each module checkpoint allows up to 3 attempts. The final exam includes one attempt; additional retakes are $50 each. You keep full access to the coursework while you prepare, and the passing score is 70%.
Do I keep access after I finish?
Yes — enrollment is a one-time payment, and your coursework and earned certificate remain yours.
Is creating an account free?
Yes. Accounts are free; you pay once when you enroll in a certification.
