Reference Architecture for Enterprise Insurance AI
Design the end-to-end blueprint that lets a carrier run dozens of AI use cases on shared, governed infrastructure instead of a sprawl of point tools, with the policy admin, claims, and rating systems as the architectural center of gravity.
- From Point Solutions to a Carrier-Wide AI Platform
- Anchoring AI to Systems of Record Without Forking the Truth
- Designing for Many Models, Lines, and Tenants
Security, Privacy, and Data Boundaries at Scale
Architect the data-protection, tenancy, and access controls that let sensitive insurance data, including health and financial records, flow through AI systems without breaching privacy law, leaking across lines, or exfiltrating through prompts.
- Entitlements, Least Privilege, and Minimum Necessary
- Tenancy and Isolation for Sensitive Data Classes
- Prompt Injection, Exfiltration, and Egress Control
Regulatory-Grade Governance and Model Risk Management
Build the lifecycle governance, model inventory, fairness, and explainability infrastructure that satisfies the NAIC model bulletin, state AI regulations, and model-risk expectations across an entire AI portfolio, not one model at a time.
- Lifecycle Governance and a Portfolio Model Inventory
- Explainability and Adverse-Action Records by Design
- Continuous Fairness, Drift, and Third-Party Model Risk
Brownfield, Legacy, and Multi-System Integration
Integrate AI into the reality of a working carrier: decades-old policy admin systems, mainframe claims platforms, multiple acquired books on different stacks, and brokers and reinsurers you must exchange data with, without a rip-and-replace.
- Wrapping Legacy Cores Without a Rip-and-Replace
- Anti-Corruption Layers and a Semantic Model Over Messy Data
- M&A Reconciliation and Incremental Migration Sequencing
Reliability, Cost, and Scale in Production
Operate insurance AI as resilient, observable, cost-governed production infrastructure that holds up during a catastrophe surge, degrades safely when dependencies fail, and proves its value honestly at enterprise scale.
- Resilience and Graceful Degradation by Design
- Capacity, Catastrophe Surge, and Cost Governance
- Observability, Evaluation, and Honest Value at Scale
Each module ends with a checkpoint; the final exam unlocks once every checkpoint is passed.
A credential employers can verify in seconds.
Pass the coursework and the 70% server-graded final exam and you earn a certificate with a unique serial and a public verification page — tamper-evident and confirmable by anyone, with no account required.
See how verification worksIs the credential verifiable by employers?
Yes. Every certificate has a unique serial and a public verification page at digitalnetworks.ai/verify — no login required. Anyone can confirm it's authentic and unaltered.
What happens if I don't pass an exam?
Each module checkpoint allows up to 3 attempts. The final exam includes one attempt; additional retakes are $50 each. You keep full access to the coursework while you prepare, and the passing score is 70%.
Do I keep access after I finish?
Yes — enrollment is a one-time payment, and your coursework and earned certificate remain yours.
Is creating an account free?
Yes. Accounts are free; you pay once when you enroll in a certification.
