Vimal

A social network, shipped to a phone.

Vimal is a consumer social app we built end to end: a real-time feed, live video, direct messages, communities and creator profiles. It runs as one codebase that serves the web and ships to Android, so a single feature lands on both without a second implementation.

What we built

• A dual-mode home feed — Visual and Professional — over a real-time backend
• Live streaming tiles, verified profiles, communities and threaded replies
• Direct messages with read receipts, and trending topic discovery
• One Next.js codebase wrapped for Android, sharing auth and data with the web
